I made this for the owner of the horse that my son rides everyweek. HALO stands for Human Animal Link Organization of Oklahoma.
I wanted to give him something special and thought might just be it since he loves horses and dogs. His horses and dogs are certified therapy animals. My son is so happy when he is riding this horse.
